Our call handlers offer a non-judgemental listening ear. They are a source of practical support, offering options and guidance when you need it. If there is a risk to your safety, our team can assist in relocating you to safe, temporary accommodation.
We also offer continued support over the helpline and signposting to other agencies if required.
